Understanding Your Metrics
Here’s what each metric means:- Targeted: Users selected by your audience filters at send time.
- Sent: Delivery requests sent to push providers.
- Failed: Requests that couldn’t be delivered. You can see grouped reasons like invalid tokens.
- Delivered: Messages that reached devices (reported by the device).
- Tapped: Users who opened the notification.

You can view metrics for different time periods:- The default time range goes from when you created the campaign to today, or to the configured end date.
- Recurring campaigns show a daily breakdown so you can see how each day performed.
- One-time campaigns show totals for the time range you choose.
